According to TMZ, the struggling spouses have hired realtor Santiago Arana to help them sell the $60 million Beverly Hills mansion they purchased just over a year ago.

An insider tells this same website that Lopez is already in the market for a new residence, too.

Amid all the speculation that Lopez and Affleck are nearing the end of their marriage, this would be the most concrete sign to date that things are very much amiss.

The aforementioned realtor has reportedly been gauging interest in the massive home for about two weeks — which aligns with how long speculation of Bennifer’s demise has been running rampant across the Internet.

In mid-May, for example, In Touch Weekly wrote that a divorce between the couple was “imminent.”

The tabloid explained at the time that Lopez had hired both a PR firm and well-known divorce attorney as she considered whether or not to cut the romantic and legal chord on her latest union.

Affleck and Lopez went over two months without being photographed in public earlier this spring.

They’ve made the occasional appearance over the last several days (attending a play together that featured one of Affleck’s kids, for instance), but this hasn’t stopped the rumor mill from churning.

“They’re not always on the same page,” a source previously told Entertainment Tonight, keeping things rather vague and adding:

“They both have so much going on between taking care of their families and their work commitments and it can be a lot for them.”

In Mexico City to promote her new movie late last month, Lopez was asked about a pending divorce.

“You know better than that,” she told the reporter who dared to bring it up at a press conference, refusing to elaborate.

To be clear, neither actor has commented on the growing speculation.

But this real estate-based action would appear to speak louder than almost any of their words possibly could.

Lopez and Affleck famously dated from 2002 to 2004, even getting engaged back then before calling the relationship off.

They both went on to marry other people in the many years since, too.

But the celebrities rekindled their romance in 2021 and then eloped in Las Vegas in July 2022 … prior to hosting a a star-studded wedding at Affleck’s compound outside Savannah, Georgia.

We mean, look.

Markle and Harry have allegedly been having money problems for awhile now.

As mentioned above, however, if they can afford to send their children to a private school?

We don’t see this as hypocritical. It makes perfect sense to fight for income equality and to be grateful that you are doing well … while also using the funds you have to make choices that benefit your family.

It’s not about being frugal for people who hold these beliefs; it’s about doing what you can to ensure everyone has the same opportunities and access in life.

Still, Cohen called Harry and Meghan “frauds” for considering sending little Archie and Lilibet to institutions that “perpetuate the very systems of privilege that they claim to expose.”

On Twitter, meanwhile, multiple users defended the celebrities, both of whom attended private schools themselves when they were young.

“Education is a priority for Meghan and Harry,” one person wrote, while another added:

“No one should begrudge Prince Harry and duch*ess Meghan choosing a school where they can feel Prince Archie is the safest possible setting.”

Through his impressive tenure, Sajak has won the Daytime Emmy for outstanding game show host three times.

Ryan Seacrest, for the record, will take over as host this fall, because of course he will; while Sajak’s long-time co-host, Vanna White, will continue through the 2025-2026 season.

The famous letter-turner recorded an emotional tribute to Sajak on Thursday.

“I don’t know how to put into words what these past 40 years have meant to me but I’m going to try,” White said in this video.

“8000 episodes went by like that. When I first started, I was so green. You made me so comfortable and so confident, Pat. You made me who I am, you really did.”

White added, through tears:

“As this chapter of our lives is coming to an end, I know you’ll still be close by.

Earlier this week, Janelle Brown shared a photo of a night out with Gabe and her daughter, Savanah, simply noting in the caption that she was introducing the pair to Korean barbecue.

But astute observers picked up on something aside from the food in this snapshot.

“Is that Gabe’s arm with the to the stars tattoo? What a lovely tribute to Garrison,” one user wrote, prompting a reply from Janelle as follows:

“Yes! Many of the kids got a tattoo with some version of that quote. It was one of Garrisons favorite movies growing up and even as an adult.”

The mother of six is referring here to a quote from the movie Dragonheart, which goes:

“To the stars, Bowen, to the stars.”

Garrison died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound on March 4.

It later came out that his mother was concerned about his well-being due to a recent text message, along with a history of suicidal tendencies, and asked one of her kids to go check on Garrison.

Gabe agreed to do so, and then discovered his brother’s corpse.

Simply horrible all around.

In the two months since this tragedy, many members of the Brown family have paid homage to the 25-year old.

Garrison would have turned 26 a few weeks after he died, which led to a birthday tribute from his mother in April.

“Happy Birthday Sweetheart. We are missing you terribly today. It’s hard to believe you aren’t here anymore,” Janelle wrote on Instagram at the time, accompanied by a whistled version of “Happy Birthday.”

“We talked a lot about you today and even went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner (your favorite place),” Brown continued.

“I still feel you nearby sometimes. And I’m grateful we will see each other again when my journey is completed.”

After he took his own life, several of Garrison Brown’s siblings made references to the Dragonheart quote in their social media tributes to their brother.

Meri and Kody Brown’ only child, Leon Brown, shared a selfie with Garrison, for instance, and included the quote in the caption.

Mykelti Padron also left the following message for her brother in her own Instagram post: “Have fun up with the stars little bro, you’re missed.”

In recent weeks, Janelle has posted updates about her life without her believed son.

After celebrating Mother’s Day, the TLC personality reflected on this bittersweet occasion.

“Mother’s Day was surprisingly emotional for me. It just never has been a big holiday for me. My children have always shown up for me and made me feel special everyday. Especially since they became independent adults and weren’t home all the time. But this year was different,” she wrote.

Added Janelle: I love you honey and miss you every day.
