go to rewards tab
scroll down to 'popular on paypal'
click 'see all'
browse all the offers, many others in addition to Walmart.com, McD, Staples, etc.

YMMV. Unable to replicate. Some accounts only have 1% cashback for walmart. EB is 2%

Gift cards work. I got a walmart gift card and points are pending. Paypal says 90 daya for points to be available. There is an exlusions list, and I did not see gift cards on it. Keep in mind you can use the 8% back only once so make it count.
