Today, we took another big step in our clean energy journey by kicking off construction on the region's largest battery energy storage center at the site of our former Trenton Channel Power Plant. When it comes online in 2026, the new facility will store clean, renewable energy - enough to power nearly 40,000 homes - to distribute to customers when they need it. On Wednesday, we were thrilled to celebrate breaking ground on our Fish Creek Solar Park in Bushnell and Evergreen Townships. We were joined by local officials, participating landowners, and of course, our team members and contractors who have been working diligently on this project since its conception. Once operational, Fish Creek Solar will have nearly 320,000 solar panels generating enough clean energy to power approximately 30,000 homes on an ongoing basis.
